Exchanges

Luvox does not run a general exchange counter. You cannot send back an unopened pack and ask for a different grade, brand or pack size as a swap. For a change of mind, use the returns policy, then place a new order for the grade you need.

When Luvox replaces a pack

The plant replaces the same listed grade, at plant cost, when:

• the dispatched grade does not match the order, or
• the pack arrives leaking or with a broken seal that is not your doing.

What is not exchanged

• Opened oil and grease, including a pack opened to try the grade.
• A different viscosity, brand or pack size chosen after delivery, unless the plant sent the wrong grade.
• Bulk drums quoted on enquiry, unless the quote says otherwise.

Freight on a replacement

When the plant sent the wrong grade or a leaking pack, Luvox pays the return freight and the outbound freight of the replacement. Keep the courier receipt.
