Refunds

This refunds policy applies to listed packs bought on this website for delivery inside India. It should be read with the returns and exchanges pages. You do not need an account to read it.

When a refund is due

• An unopened pack returned within 7 days of delivery, seal intact, after the plant inspects it.
• A prepaid order the plant cannot dispatch, if you ask to cancel before dispatch.
• A wrong grade or leaking pack if you ask for a refund instead of a replacement.

What is refunded

The listed catalog-unit price of the accepted pack, in Indian rupees. There is no restocking fee. Original outbound shipping is not refunded. Return freight paid by you is not refunded, except where the plant sent the wrong grade or a leaking pack.

Refund timing

After the returned pack is received and inspected at the Delhi plant, the refund is issued within 7 business days. Inspection is usually completed within 2 business days of the pack arriving.

How the money is sent

• Bank-transfer orders are refunded to the account that paid.
• Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account you email to the plant.
• Card charges, when a card gateway is added, will be refunded to the same card.
