Cancellation

You can ask to cancel a listed-pack order before the plant dispatches it. After dispatch, use the returns policy for an unopened pack, or exchanges if the plant sent the wrong grade or a leaking pack.

How to cancel

1. Use the form on this page, or the cancel form on the order confirmation, or email petrochemluvox@gmail.com with the order number.
2. Wait for written confirmation. The plant will not treat the order as cancelled until it replies.

Refunds on a cancelled order

A prepaid order cancelled before dispatch is refunded as set out on the refunds page. A cash-on-delivery order cancelled before dispatch is not collected.
