What to include
For an order already placed, send the order number from the confirmation mail, the grade and pack, and the name on the order. If the pack is the wrong grade, leaking, or still sealed for a return, add a photo of the pack and the seal. Wait for a written reply before you ship anything back.
Orders already placed
- Track an order with the order number and the email used at checkout. A signed-in buyer can also open My account.
- Shipping is ₹150 on orders under ₹4,000 and free from ₹4,000. The threshold is the goods total after an accepted coupon. Handling is 1 to 2 business days, then typically 2 to 5 business days in transit inside India. 205 litre drums are quoted separately.
- Payment is UPI, cards or netbanking when Razorpay is on, cash on delivery where the courier marks the PIN, or bank transfer when the plant has published account details. Listed prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Card numbers are not stored on this site.
- Cancellation is available before the plant dispatches. After dispatch, an unopened pack follows the returns policy.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
- Returns: an unopened retail pack can be returned within 7 days of delivery if the seal is intact and the pack is unused, in its original packaging. Opened oil and grease cannot be returned. You arrange the courier and you pay the return freight. There is no shop drop-off and no restocking fee. Original outbound shipping is not refunded.
- Exchanges: the plant replaces the same listed grade when it sent the wrong grade, or a pack that arrives leaking or with a broken seal that is not your doing. In that case Luvox pays the return freight and the outbound freight of the replacement. A change of grade or pack size is a new order, not an exchange.
- Refunds: an accepted return, a prepaid order cancelled before dispatch, or a wrong or leaking pack if you ask for money instead of a replacement, is refunded as the listed catalog-unit price. The refund is issued within 7 business days after the pack is inspected at the Delhi plant.
Send the return pack only after the plant confirms it, to Plot No. D-1, Kh. No. 45/3, Braham Puri, New Delhi 110041. Keep the courier receipt.
